About The Position
Quanex is looking for Production Associates to join our 1st Shift team in Greenville, PA. This role involves following all safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, promoting teamwork, and identifying safety issues. The associate will receive direction from supervisors and assist in other work areas as needed. The position requires manual/finger dexterity, the ability to perform repetitive work, and lift up to 25 pounds. A positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are essential.

Responsibilities
- Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
- Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
- Receives direction from and notifies the supervisor/team lead when more work is needed.
- Maintains the work area in a near and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
- Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
- Identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
- Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
