Production Associate I - 1st Shift - $21.25/hr
About The Position
Under general supervision, this role assembles components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. The associate will prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines, working from process work instructions and test procedures. This role involves monitoring and recording documentation to meet quality requirements, following production build rates and schedules, and meeting required cycle times. The associate will interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices, assemble cartons and containers, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications. Responsibilities include set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement is expected, along with meeting all training and documentation criteria. Meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends, is also essential.
Requirements

- Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications
- Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area
- Commits to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria
