About The Position

Ventek Solutions is seeking a Production Associate I for its manufacturing plant in Tullahoma, Tennessee. The role supports production of molded foam components and protective packaging, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and dependable work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:25 p.m. to 7:40 a.m. The starting wage is $18.08 per hour, plus a $0.50-per-hour shift differential. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Able to work in ambient temperatures.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts, visually inspect them for quality, and move them to designated areas.
• Trim, dip, or hot-wire-burn finished parts as required.
• Assemble, pack, and seal finished parts; prepare or place proper identification; and stack finished parts.
• Use gauges to check products as required.
• Complete and maintain records according to production and quality standards.
• Perform routine quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Perform all duties in a manner that demonstrates a high level of quality and safety.
• Perform other duties as required.
