About The Position

Eagle Metalcraft is hiring three dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates – General Helpers to join our growing team. These are full-time, first-shift positions working Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. In this hands-on role, you'll support our powder coating and shipping operations by preparing parts, masking, and packaging finished products. No previous powder coating experience is required—we provide all necessary training. Responsibilities

• Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating
• Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating
• Remove masking materials after coating
• Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit
• Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets
• Label and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Perform final inspections before packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals
• Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
