Production Associate- Finishing
About The Position
Direct Edge Media is a fast-paced and quickly growing printing company specializing in digital, offset and large format printing for enterprise, agency and trade printers. As a Production Associate – Finishing, you'll help transform printed materials into finished products ready for delivery. You'll support finishing, packaging, kitting, and fulfillment operations while learning multiple aspects of large-format production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and wants to build new skills and grow within the print industry.

- Previous print or finishing experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous print, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or finishing experience is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow job tickets and customer specifications.
- Finish printed products according to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform trimming, mounting, laminating, and grommet installation for banners and graphic displays.
- Count, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Assist with shrink wrapping, bundling, palletizing, and packaging.
- Support kitting, assembly, and fulfillment projects as needed.
- Prepare shipments for FedEx, UPS, freight carriers, company deliveries, and will-call orders.
- Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Learn new equipment, processes, and production techniques through on-the-job training.
- Support other production and finishing activities as business needs require.
