Responsibilities

  • Independently operate machines and production equipment to manufacture and assemble products that meet quality and dimensional requirements
  • Perform prep, masking, mixing, and painting of engine components following defined quality standards
  • Conduct quality inspections, identify non-conforming material, and take action to minimize cost and quality exposure
  • Achieve production goals while working at required cycle times and engineering standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning
  • Perform planned operator care and basic maintenance tasks and communicate equipment issues to support teams
  • Instruct and coach team members and act as an informal resource for less experienced associates
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper PPE use and hazard reporting
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, process, and material flow
