About The Position

The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting the Houseware Coatings Department by performing various routine production tasks to ensure high-quality products for our customers. This individual contributes to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or the equivalent preferred.
6+ months of experience with manufacturing equipment or machines preferred.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Effective communication skills with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and co-workers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic math skills; proficiency with a calculator.
Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Load and unload products onto the paint line, washer, and oven conveyor belts.
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met; promptly report any issues to the Group Leader.
Clean and maintain fixtures as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and booth filter changes as needed.
Use electric pallet jack or stacker lift to move parts between production areas.
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
