About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support its Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator safely and accurately operates a conveyor belt that moves products such as garments, floor mats, and shop towels within the plant, and cleans the work area. Production Associates are expected to keep their work areas clean and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work. This is a regular, full-time, third-shift position.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.
