The American Security Cabinets division is a manufacturer of a large, diverse line of secure metal cabinetry for recycling purposes that enables the safe collection of a diverse range of items, including post-consumer materials. We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!

Requirements

Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team
Adhere to safety guidelines
Work efficiently
Meet company production standards with limited supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Good hand/eye dexterity

Previous production experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed
Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process
Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor
Perform quality checks on the completed output
Package finished goods for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work area
