About The Position

This role performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. The Production Associate 1 is responsible for maintaining daily production output and adhering to all EHS and Quality policies and procedures. This position may also participate in quality control inspections and collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. The role also includes other duties as assigned, potential participation in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams, and compliance with EHS regulations and policies.

Requirements

High School diploma and 3 years relatable technical experience
Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem-solving techniques
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

3 or more years of related manufacturing experience
Previous experience in ISO/FDA regulated work environment

Responsibilities

Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
