Metal finishing isn't typically taught in schools, so we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade. What we can't teach: Reliability, Strong attendance, Attention to detail, Positive work ethic. If you bring those qualities, we'll teach the rest. This is an active position that keeps you moving throughout the shift. You'll work with your hands, stay engaged, and see the results of your work every day.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a ruler or tape measure
• Comfortable using computers or tablets for production tracking
• Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must pass a basic math test within 10 minutes to move on to the interview phase.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or industrial experience
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Counting and preparing customer parts for processing
• Loading and positioning parts onto racks used during finishing operations
• Inspecting parts for quality, accuracy, and damage
• Recording production information and completing required paperwork
• Packaging finished parts for shipment
• Following work instructions and production specifications
• Maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
