As a Production Assistant, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist production staff with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Help set up and break down equipment, props, and materials before and after shoots.
- Coordinate and distribute production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documents.
- Manage and track inventory of production supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate communication between different departments including directors, cast, and crew.
- Provide logistical support such as arranging transportation, meals, and accommodations.
