Requirements

Physically able to fulfill the responsibilities of the job classification through good manual dexterity.
Prepared to work in a cooperative environment with other employees.
Good written and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Advanced product and product code knowledge.
Familiarity with machine cleanup procedures.

Responsibilities

Inspect, handle, and package products as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
Separate scrap from good quality products.
Demonstrate flexibility in product handling and machine attending.
Perform required post-molding operations and packaging of product.
Be cooperative and supportive with other employees in the work area.
Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and safe working area.
Warn or report equipment or machine failures or malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Assist Material Handlers with packaging, labeling, regrind handling, and other related duties.
Feed product through the press and inspect printed or non-printed products to meet quality requirements.
Handle other assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
