About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. The Entry Level Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all stages of the production process, from preparation and setup to final execution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Basic technical knowledge of production equipment and tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
- Support the production team with daily logistical tasks and coordination.
- Manage and organize production materials and supplies to ensure availability.
- Help with scheduling and communicating with cast, crew, and vendors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on set and in production areas.
- Run errands and provide transportation support as needed for production activities.
