Assist producers, anchors, and show teams with daily broadcast production tasks. Attend production meetings and contribute to content planning. Type, edit, format, and distribute scripts and rundowns. Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for cast, crew, and production executives. Create and distribute call sheets and production schedules. Support on-air talent and guests, including coordinating logistics and providing necessary materials. Run errands between production offices, studios, and other departments. Track show timing and coordinate with the control room to ensure smooth transitions. Assist with setting up and preparing pre-recorded content for live broadcasts. Work with the post-production team to create shot lists, logs, and other necessary documentation. Collaborate with editors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality video content. Maintain organization of production assets, including scripts, footage, and rundowns. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the production team.
