Production Assistant
About The Position
Sage Hills Church is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to join their team. This role is passionate about using technology and creativity to help create meaningful worship experiences. The Production Assistant will work alongside the Production Director and Encounter Team to bring services and events to life through sound, lighting, visuals, and production technology. Responsibilities include supporting Sunday services and special events, maintaining production equipment, and recruiting, scheduling, and training production volunteers. The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about ministry. This role is for someone who enjoys technology, working behind the scenes, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team that strives for excellence.
