Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or production is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up production equipment and materials before filming or production begins
- Support production staff by organizing schedules, call sheets, and necessary documentation
- Help coordinate logistics such as transportation, catering, and location preparation
- Manage inventory and maintain production supplies to ensure availability
