About The Position
Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Associate who will be training into a CNC Laser Operator for our client in Harrison Twp, MI. This role involves cleaning, deburring, counting, organizing, and packaging parts. Once trained, the associate will operate and maintain CNC Lasers, utilize nesting software, and complete paperwork. The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 and operates on a Monday - Friday, 6am-2:40pm shift.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs at times
- High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Hi-Lo (experience preferred but not required)
- Prior CNC experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and deburring of parts
- Counting and organizing
- Assisting operators package orders for shipment, helping with que material and basic shop upkeep
- Sanding, polishing and part finishing
- Operation and maintenance of CNC Laser
- Organizing, counting and deburring parts
- Assisting operators when needed
- Operate Hi-Lo
- Utilize nesting software to post programs
- Completion of paperwork and inspections
