About The Position
This role involves operating and managing the frozen dough, butter cake, and cake sheet production lines at a bakery manufacturing factory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in bakery, cake industry or food manufacturing operation preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
- Communication skills and good teamwork
Responsibilities
- Operate bakery equipment and Training for staffing employees
- Maintain high standards for product quality and follow safety regulations
- Check daily/monthly inventory
- Part-Time Employee Hygiene, Industrial safety and Commuting Management
- Efficient production Line improvement
