About The Position
Royal Switchgear (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for detail-focused team players who take pride in building things the right way. If you like working with your hands and seeing the finished product come together-this role is for you. Openings available for 2nd Shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-5:30am, Thursday 7:00pm-3:30am).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Follow instructions and blueprints to get it right the first time
- Inspect your work and keep quality top-notch
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work with your team to keep production on track
