About The Position

We’re currently hiring a Production Associate to join our team in Racine, WI. This role involves the packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following precise manufacturing procedures and quality standards, including ISO 13485. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow written procedures accurately
  • Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
  • Manual dexterity for small parts handling
  • Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
  • Tolerate moderate noise and temperature variations
  • Must wear PPE including gloves, hairnets, masks, and safety glasses as needed
  • Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Fast-paced environment with deadlines and high-quality expectations
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly a plus
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, dental, pharma) is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Perform packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products
  • Follow all ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and EHS practices
  • Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Accurately complete documentation such as batch records and work instructions
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory protocols at all times
  • Entry-level role with focus on mastering standard procedures (e.g., syringe filling, kitting)
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Limited cross-functional responsibilities
