Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to follow written procedures accurately
Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
Manual dexterity for small parts handling
Perform repetitive tasks with focus and precision
Tolerate moderate noise and temperature variations
Must wear PPE including gloves, hairnets, masks, and safety glasses as needed
Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Fast-paced environment with deadlines and high-quality expectations
Occasional overtime may be required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly a plus
Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, dental, pharma) is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Perform packaging, repackaging, and light assembly of disposable dental products
Follow all ISO 13485 manufacturing procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S and EHS practices
Verify materials and quantities per Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM)
Accurately complete documentation such as batch records and work instructions
Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory protocols at all times
Entry-level role with focus on mastering standard procedures (e.g., syringe filling, kitting)
Works under direct supervision
Limited cross-functional responsibilities
