About The Position

Balanced Body is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to join their Assembly team. This role involves assembling wood, metal, and fabric components and offers the opportunity to learn industrial-level skills. Balanced Body is a growing, environmentally sensitive company that leads the world in providing Pilates equipment and education. The Assembly team is crucial for ensuring production and shipping are always on-time for customers.

Requirements

Working knowledge of safe assembly techniques and tooling.
Familiarity with tools including: air powered staple guns, grinders and battery power drills.
Skills in woodworking, sub-assembly and mechanical assembly.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to sit, stand, reach and carry as needed for a full shift (8-hours).
Ability to lift and carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
Self-motivated with a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
Commitment to a consistent work schedule with good attendance.

Nice To Haves

Industrial-level experience preferred.
Willing to train a motivated individual.
