Places parts in specified relationship to each other
General Assembly (Production Operations) as per work station specific Work Instruction’s
Places parts in specified relationship to each other
Clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together
Works at different work stations to insure knowledge is obtained on all stations
Assembly parts by using basic hand tools (screw guns)
Follows Brose Quality Policy. Compliance with Brose safety processes and procedures.
Considers all valid Procedures, Job Instructions, and Organizational Instructions
Adheres to all safety regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
Escalates safety, quality, machine and assembly issues to team leader and/or supervisor

Requirements

• Experience as an assembly operator in a production department of a series production company in the automotive industry
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and consistently lift 15-20 pounds
• Must be able to work in a continuous noise-producing environment
• Must be able to withstand higher temperatures on production floor Communication
• Must have the basic ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
• Team work mentality
• Ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in working with highly automated production equipment
• Experience in KANBAN, SPC, TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continuous improvement
