About The Position

This position is responsible for overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department as well as troubleshooting production problems, perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.

Requirements

• Extensive job knowledge of the area assigned
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management
• Ability to follow written instructions or samples
• Ability to handle lifting requirements
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Overall product assembly, quality, performance and productivity within the department
• Troubleshooting production problems
• Perform machine set-up
• Work to close tolerances
• Normal operator duties
• Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as stated in Job Safety Analysis
• Perform all work in a safe manner
