About The Position
Seeking Production and Labor employees for a local manufacturing facility. The Production Laborer assembles components and sections of trusses, walls, and flooring. This production role requires precise measurements, the use of hand tools, and a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Candidates must be able to work in all environmental conditions.
Requirements
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to safely operate and work with hand tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Steel toed boots are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Previous production and general labor backgrounds are sought.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly valued.
