About The Position

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Production Assembly and Support team member to support our Kitting and Fulfillment department. In this role, you will assemble, package, and prepare products while helping ensure quality and accuracy throughout the production process. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. The shift for this position is 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Requirements

Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
Frequently required to move inside the facility.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds through lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.

Responsibilities

Assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually.
Perform basic quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to direction.
