About The Position

We are looking for an Production Assembler to join our team! Your Impact: Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders. Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader. Packs finished product for shipment. Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements. Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.

Requirements

• Must have proficient English reading and writing skills and be able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices.
• Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to B shift

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment preferred.
