About The Position

This position involves performing departmental activities according to standard operating procedures, MPS, and Philosophy. The role requires producing vent, window, or door panels with minimal breakage and acceptable quality, while ensuring all parts are stocked. Adherence to safety policies, procedures, and proper usage of personal protective equipment is crucial.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure.
• Good hand eye coordination and the ability to discern colors.
• Ability to work in, and promote, a team environment.
• Capable of lifting 20 – 100, per SOP.
• Candidates must provide truthful and complete information regarding their eligibility to work in the U.S. and any current or future need for employment sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Window manufacturing experience.
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures, MPS, and Philosophy.
• Read tags to verify material type, color, and size, etc. are correct.
• Complete quality control charts as required per standard operating procedures.
• Produce a vent, window, or door panel with minimal breakage and acceptable quality.
• Keep all parts (rollers, screws, etc.) stocked at all times.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job.
• Proper usage of personal protective equipment.
