Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn how to read blueprints and work orders
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assemble insulated glass units with precision and care
• Use hand and power tools (drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and build components
• Inspect finished products to ensure top-notch quality
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided!)
• Stay active—stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
