At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged composite products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Production/Assembler, you'll be part of a team that builds products known for their quality, durability, and performance. Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling
• Using hand and power tools
• Working in a manufacturing environment
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble composite products using hand and power tools
• Read work orders and follow assembly instructions
• Trim, fit, bond, and finish parts to specifications
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
