About The Position

This is a full-time position operating Monday-Friday from 5am to 1:30pm. The role involves assembling frame components using hand and power tools, following detailed instructions, conducting quality checks, and organizing materials. The Production Assembler will work closely with team members to achieve production goals, improve processes, and adhere to all safety protocols. The position is located at 2200 E. Riverview Dr. Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assemble frames components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.
Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately construct frames.
Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects.
Sort and organize materials and components needed for frame assembly.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
