About The Position

This role involves performing basic production duties including assembly, operating machinery, packaging, building products, and soldering, following detailed work instructions. The position requires obtaining a basic understanding of quality and productivity standards, demonstrating a willingness to learn and become proficient in basic electronic production processes, and adhering to all safety policies. The assembler will develop positive working relationships with co-workers and apply company values and principles. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

• Background check results satisfactory to SEL
