Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of previous experience in production assembly required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
Wire crimping and terminal installation
Use of crimping tools
Electrical wire preparation and stripping
Knowledge of wire gauges and connector types
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed.
Precise crimping of the heater wire and sensor wire is critical.
Proper installation ensures consistent thermal flow, which is essential for meeting customer specifications and maintaining product quality.
