About The Position

This role involves assembling panel components using hand and power tools, following established processes to meet daily operational tasks and defined standards. The assembler will conduct thorough inspections of assembled panels to ensure quality and safety, identify defects, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement. Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory, along with demonstrating MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

0-1 years of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble panel components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders.
Follow established processes to complete daily operational tasks within defined standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled panels to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, while identifying and addressing any defects.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
Other duties may be assigned.
