ABOUT THE ROLE As an Assembler, you will be at the center of the transition to sustainable energy. You’ll be responsible for the high-quality assembly of our DC charging products, ensuring that every unit leaving our facility is built to the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Build complex DC charging products and sub-assemblies, following technical work instructions.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure every component meets our rigorous standards.
Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment while maintaining strict adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.
Manage component gathering for specific production runs, report on job status, and ensure final products are packed securely for shipment.
Work alongside our engineering team to provide feedback on assembly processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
