ABOUT THE ROLE As an Assembler, you will be at the center of the transition to sustainable energy. You’ll be responsible for the high-quality assembly of our DC charging products, ensuring that every unit leaving our facility is built to the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Build complex DC charging products and sub-assemblies, following technical work instructions.
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure every component meets our rigorous standards.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment while maintaining strict adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements.
  • Manage component gathering for specific production runs, report on job status, and ensure final products are packed securely for shipment.
  • Work alongside our engineering team to provide feedback on assembly processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
