About The Position

Assembler I is an entry-level role responsible for assembling parts and products under direct supervision. This position focuses on learning assembly processes, following instructions, and meeting basic production, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods (full shift)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components following work instructions and supervision
• Perform basic assembly tasks using hand and power tools
• Inspect own work for basic quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area (6S/Lean practices)
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Move materials within the work area as needed
• Support team production goals and daily output requirements
• Requires direct supervision and coaching
• Developing consistency in safety, quality, and productivity
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and follow direction
