About The Position

We are hiring for a temporary Assembler position in the St. Augustine, FL area. Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am-3:30pm. Pay: $15.50/ hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
• This is a drug free workplace. All applicants must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum components and products according to blueprints and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
