About The Position

We are seeking dependable manufacturing professionals with experience in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand tool operation, and quality inspection. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to adapt to changing production needs and work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assemble window and glazing systems according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly operations accurately and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
Inspect assembled products to verify quality, fit, and compliance with customer requirements.
Package completed products for shipment while ensuring proper handling and protection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality objectives.
Cross-train and assist in other manufacturing and assembly areas as needed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
