About The Position

The Flex Force (subsidiary of DZYNE) business is looking for a Production Assembler/Technician. This position works on the manufacturing, production, and service of products. This includes the on-time assembly, testing, quality, packaging, and shipping of US and international sales orders. The employee must have the ability to perform essential job duties without posing a direct threat to safety or health of the employee or others. The employee must also perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment as a Production Assembler/Technician

• Receiving, and shipping in an ITAR/Export Controlled environment.
• Conduct oneself with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
• Verbal & written communications skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of both inventory and non-inventory materials and supply items
• Inventory management and accuracy
• Processing WO’s and conducting transactions in our ERP system.
• Produce new units as well as conduct repairs. Repair activities include: evaluating, estimating, and performing repairs, modification or overhaul of customer returned units to manufacturing specifications.
