Position Overview Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and tangible results? We are seeking a reliable Production Assembler & Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for our data-integrated media products, ensuring every label and package meets our strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and high-quality benchmarks before reaching the customer.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy.
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, utilize precise hand movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent color vision and close-range depth perception.
High level of accountability, resilience under tight deadliness, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print and label products according to exact specifications.
Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset by closely following standard operating procedures and daily job schedules.
Log time and materials into our ERP software, cross-reference shipping logs, and double-check packages to eliminate delivery errors.
Partner across production lines to maintain workflows, step up to help coworkers, and report layout or printing defects immediately.
Maintain a clean, safe workstation and strictly follow PPE guidelines.
