About The Position
Rockwell Automation is seeking motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team at their Twinsburg facility. This is a 1-day onsite hiring event to discover opportunities with a global leader in industrial automation and smart manufacturing. They are actively hiring for direct hire Production Assemblers, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers across all shifts. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent working experience (1+ years)
- Must be 18 and eligible to work in the United States

- Certified forklift and material handling equipment operation
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble components and products while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor production processes.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections.
- Follow safety and production procedures.
- Ensure production lines are supplied with materials and products are moved efficiently throughout the facility.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (if certified).
- Perform inventory transactions and counts.
- Support production and warehouse operations.
