About The Position

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Production Assembler to join our VALUES based organization. The Production Assembler position is scheduled M-F out of Smithfield, RI. The start time of the shift is 6:00 AM and full-time assemblers can leave once the day's production is finished. Assemblers will spend their first 2 weeks shadowing a mentor to learn the responsibilities and safety processes of the role. After the 2-week period the employee will be a full member of the assembly team and will be entrusted to use the machinery required for their role.

Ability to use hand tools, staple guns and other electric tools
Ability to use kitted frame parts and prepped doors
Ability to prep material for assembly using exact measurements
Ability to read work orders
Ability to make necessary repairs or adjustments
Ability to hit safety, quality and production goals
Adherence to company safety standards

Responsibilities

Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly within warehouse
Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality compliance
Hit safety, quality and production goals to receive a bonus at the end of each quarter
Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
