About The Position

You will support production of electromechanical assemblies to meet schedule and quality targets, working on the first shift in an onsite manufacturing environment. You will impact product output and quality within a cell, cooperating with operators, quality, and supervision to hit production goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience (must have)
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
• Good manual dexterity for working with small parts
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PCBA production or electronics manufacturing
• Familiarity with multiple product lines and cross-training across production cells

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following process specifications and work instructions
• Inspect your own and peers' work against drawings and quality requirements
• Record production time and quantity data and maintain work area to guidelines
• Perform basic welding/brazing/soldering and operate light machinery as required (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press)
• Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Provide regular, consistent attendance and flex for variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours when needed
