About The Position

You will support production of electromechanical products by performing routine assembly and inspection tasks that keep the production cell running smoothly. You will work on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule (5:00am–1:30pm) in an onsite manufacturing environment and collaborate with technicians and production leads to meet quality and output targets. Your work directly impacts product readiness and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience in a related field
  • Skilled at routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations and operating hand tools/machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Good manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to recognize and resolve common problems within your work area using established options

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PCBA production or electronics manufacturing
  • Familiarity with simple welding, brazing, soldering, or operating light production machinery
  • Interest in growing technically across multiple product lines

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and safety procedures
  • Inspect your own and others' work against drawings and specifications to ensure correctness
  • Apply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in required events
  • Perform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) as needed
  • Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Be punctual and flexible to work variable schedules, including potential nights, weekends, or additional hours
