You will work closely with the production team and manufacturing supervisors to follow defined instructions and maintain safety and quality standards. This is an onsite role on the 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly or related manufacturing work
  • High school diploma or secondary certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and company documents (safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions)
  • Basic computer skills and basic reading ability
  • Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude; able to operate hand tools and light machinery
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics and problem-solve using established procedures
  • Clean record for ATF

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per written instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or basic schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operations
  • Position and manipulate very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
  • Bond or seal assemblies with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements; perform in-process testing
  • Follow and demonstrate all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules or additional hours as needed
  • Perform other assigned assembly or production tasks
