About The Position
The Production Artist executes routine creative tasks and production assignments under direct guidance. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures to ensure all materials meet technical specifications and brand standards. Focuses on high-volume adaptation and accurate file preparation while exchanging straightforward information within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (or equivalent experience required).
- 1-year previous experience in production or design services.
- Proficiency in core design and production software.
- Basic understanding of print and digital technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow prescribed checklists.
- Foundational knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Executes high-volume adaptation of master design templates into multiple sizes, aspect ratios, and formats.
- Performs technical quality checks on project files, ensuring precise typography and color profiles.
- Prepares final, production-ready files based on exact supplied technical specifications.
- Maintains the integrity of digital asset management systems by following standardized filing procedures.
- Monitors individual task progress to ensure high-volume deliverables meet established deadlines.
