About The Position

We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to progress within the company. This role involves verifying product meets quality standards through visual inspection and using a tape measure to verify size within a 16th of an inch. The operator will also ensure material is correctly stacked, wrapped with dunnage, banded, and tagged for shipping. Responsibilities include performing housekeeping and machine cleaning as required, and communicating effectively with teammates, maintenance, and management regarding machine performance or other concerns. This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment, including standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/weather conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must know how to properly read a tape measure
High School Education or equivalent work experience
Must be able to work standing for full shift and sometimes walking on a roller system
Must be able to work any shift
Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends
Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

1-3 Years’ experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred
