This position is a full time, hybrid role with 2-3 days on site at Fairbanks Hall in Indianapolis, IN. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires proven experience leading cross-functional project based teams.
  • Requires experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred offset and digital print experience, as well as an eye for color and design standards.
  • Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the process of creating marketing and promotional materials for the IU Health brand among both internal and external audiences system wide.
  • Oversees the on-time and orderly flow of projects between marketers and creative services team members from job initiation to project completion including assignment of tasks and daily coordination of project priorities.
  • Ensures brand consistency and high standards of execution in accordance with established brand and style guidelines.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador to maintain and reinforce guidelines, quality standards and best practices.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for training of systems and processes.
  • Collaborates with department leadership and finance to track, create, and manage budget processes and status reports.
  • Reviews finance inquiries and meets with department and finance leads on a monthly or as needed basis.
  • Utilizes extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals of each individual project while advocating for the brand and brand standards.
