Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a production planning, scheduling, or operations management role

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the master production schedule to meet customer commitments
• Balance demand, capacity, and materials to create realistic, executable plans
• Adjust schedules as conditions change to maintain on-time delivery
• Ensure ERP data accurately reflects production activity
• Maintain BOMs, routers, and key planning parameters
• Resolve data issues that impact scheduling and execution
• Align labor, equipment, and materials with production demand
• Identify constraints early and drive solutions
• Provide visibility into risks and bottlenecks
• Improve planning processes to increase throughput and reduce lead times
• Track performance against key delivery metrics
• Coordinate across production, supply chain, and leadership to ensure execution
