About The Position

The Production Analyst prepares, verifies, and records information generated throughout the production process through SAP to support cost management, along with other duties assigned by the supervisor. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Check and review cases produced in shift production summary reports and correct errors.
Ensure production staff and supervisors provide accurate information on production paperwork.
Execute production by batch in SAP daily.
Notify process orders to the standard and advise the warehouse department of missing materials needed for inventory adjustments and consumption.
Complete process orders technically after reviewing with the warehouse supervisor that delivery cases and production execution match.
Recap week-ending inventory for the mixing and pre-scale areas and provide it to the warehouse supervisor.
Work with the warehouse supervisor on inventory adjustment analysis.
Identify and analyze consumption deviations and compare them with the bill of materials.
Notify the Operations Manager of any needed bill-of-materials adjustments.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all contacts.
Adapt to change and ensure activities are consistent with the Company Mission Statement.
Operate job-related equipment and meet the physical demands of the job, with or without accommodation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
